500M row w/2 minute rest between sets. 1:37, 1:42, 1:52, 1:48. My legs are crushed. Some really fast consistent times today by everybody.
I definitely prefer monostructural days when it is warm outside. 🙂
It felt so good to be back with you guys-even though I thought I was blacking out during the second row. My best was 1:56 then it was all down hill from there.
