  • Kristin, once you are up for it and Santi is a little older, I suggest Santi Thrusters. My niece and nephew wore me out last weekend. I made the mistake of throwing them in the air (only inches out of my hands) and they were hooked and I was soon to be fried. Using a thruster motion, you can give them a little more of a sense of free fall by following them with your hands on the way down and not “catching” them until near waist level (free fall distance seemed to be proportional to the smile) and get a workout in too. Sorry I missed you and the 2023 CrossFit Games Champ.

    – 120# on the weighted pull-ups (failed at 125)

  • Hit 95lbs then bailed on going further for fear of tearing the lower half of my body off. did get a muscle up afterward though so i’m stoked!!!

  • Made up Monday’s wod, glad to work out with the 630 crew!

    Took me over 16 minutes and I resorted to single unders after the 2nd round…my legs and arms just wouldn’t cooperate/coordinate. Plus my shoulders were on fire!
