Fight Gone Bad!

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

  • Nice wake up call this morning ….”Fight Gone Bad” before turkey day gotta love it. Nice to see Tuesday Adam back in the box …and that on a Wednesday. I scored a 271 vs. a 241 when we did it the last time back in September …Great Job everybody. See you guys on friday ….

  • 233 for me, roughly the same as last time I did it. Didn’t seem to have much in the tank this morning, but good work by the two newcomers this morning. Always nice to see new faces!

  • 321 – New PR thanks to Jeff

    I started at the SDLHP vice the wall-ball as normal. I normally kill WB (30+) and then struggle on some of the others due to the complete lack of wind. This rotation had me at WB last, which hurt my WB. However, it really evened everything out pretty well. It’s my second straight time over 300, now to start pushing for 350.
