WOD:

“Death by Pull-Ups”

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

  • 13 + 10 no band! Last time I did this WOD w/a purple band and 11 rds. Happy Day! Great job to the 9am crew.

  • Hmmm..I am trying to decide how many burpees I should make my husband do tonight…He asked me if there was a mini-wod after this workout! Seriously honey, the workout is named DEATH BY PULL UPs! do you think you should feel like doing much when you are finished! I do love the fact that he is so eager to work extra!

    I’ve decided to take off the last week before baby comes, so I won’t be WODing for a while. Still no baby, but this madness comes to an end on Monday 10/24 unless he decides to show before then on his own.

  • Did Miagi tonight, or should I say, Miagi did me. Rx’d 79 minutes and some change. Happy to finish. Everyone was killing the pull ups today. 20, 19 and 18 rounds by some beasts. You animals know who you are.
