HyperFit USA/CrossFit Ann Arbor is pleased to announce 2nd Annual Fittest In Michigan Challenge (Pre-Regional Tune-Up)
When: April 10-11, 2010
We are opening the field to everyone in the region as a tune up for the regionals in May. The format is going to be 5 WODs with three on Saturday and two on Sunday. We are limiting the number of people so sign up ASAP – Do not wait. We want to keep the numbers to a manageable and run a great event!
We are also using the event to set up HyperFit USA’s affiliate team – for our members only.
Here is the time line:
  • Registration Closes: April 7
  • WODs Announced
  • Check in: April 10 – 7:00 AM
  • Event Starts: 8:00 AM
  • WOD # 1 – 8:15 AM
  • Rest of the time line TBA

  • Amazing how a weekend of partying too hard can kill your body and cardio. The trip to Columbus was worth it though. Great show!

    17 minutes. I know I can do much better than that…on the 2nd 400M I lost some of my dinner from last night. Feels good to be back!!

    Way, way, WAY off my pr…nearly 3 minutes. Ouch.
    I blame Kike’s shoes…and Roddy’s sunglasses. 🙂

  • Helen 13:45, used 35#KB and red band for those pull-ups. Felt like I was going to barf halfway thru the last run 🙂

  • BTW Lola was pull over this morning on front Kmart…I believe that she was pull over because the tail light…I hope they give u a brake!…let me know if u need help fixing it.

    I beat my last time by about 10-15sec.
    35lb KB / purple band PU.
    Not sure what I did last time but I probably did less weight on the KB and more band on the pull up.I will take this time with more weight and less band!!
    BTW Armando I was speeding…. and so were you because the cop said “you and that red car behind you were both speeding.” Thankfully no ticket. You can still fix my tail light though 🙂

    EVERYONE make sure you come to staurday class at 11. Emily and I are preparing a very fun and special workout for the holiday weekend! we want everyone to come and celebrate!

  • Gosh, I suck! Lucas tries to tell me how great I’m doing while I’m there, but I tell him to quit feeding me the BS…HA! My time was 21:57 (ish) One day I’ll be able to run.

    I do get to go get rossiter therapy/massage from my sister tomorrow. That’s fun. 🙂

  • Helen as prescribed 16:11. Running did me in on this one.. or maybe it was arriving 20 minutes late and skipping the warm up. At least I made it!

  • I tough the same…old, loud, and a driver that looks like Mexican…yes i think that I was more attractive…I guess it was my lucky day!

  • Finally. Thanks Lucus for making me do more I have the good Pains. And the planks were a special bonus. Awesome. Have a great Easter.
