    Just as a heads up to all the xfit’ers at CFNKY, that light you see coming at you from the end of the tunnel is a bullet train named Lola and she’ll run you over if you don’t get off the tracks…excellent work today.

    Did these maybe a month ago, increased my max weight by 30lbs!! And that’s with still being sore from the 180 push-ups in Monday’s wod. Guess this stuff really works 😉
