Throw Down the Gauntlet Wednesday!
It was me and the boys this morning at 5:30…..and I was the only one that did the wod rx’d!
Liz you’re a SUPERSTAR! Way to go girl!
25:20 to get through the rounds today….eyed the red band but made myself stick with purple, thought of cutting it short at 4 rounds but glad I finished. Pregnant body was feeling good today! Great job 930!
Great job Liz. Way to show those boys how to work out Rxd style. And great job to you Julie finishing 5 rds! It felt like Hot Yoga this morning with the humidity! 19 something for me and not quite rx’d.
What a sweat festival…I think I loose like 3 pounds in sweat today…I did the wod Rx’d with all the regional standards…great job 9am!!!

I have a feeling it is going to feel more like hot yoga everyday! Did Tuesdays Push Press with mini wod after. Not so sure that was a mini wod? The again ohs kill me every time!

Enjoyed working out with the 5:00 am class this morning. 16 minutes and some change. Great way to start the day. Went back in the afternoon to practice some HSPU. Not pretty. Got some work to do.
Not a happy day for me…. DNF. It really upset me at first, but then I just decided to take it in stride. I did get through 3 rounds. I won’t make any excuses, just didn’t have it in me.
Will be back again on Friday — just get right back to it!
Not a good one for me!! Had to sub rowing for pull ups in the third round because my hand was ripping so badly! But did all real handstand pushups!! Very proud of that!! Finished in 26:49.
I also enjoyed this one. Finished with 19:00 and did GHD sit-ups for the first time in a WOD. They weren’t great but it is the first step.

I love our Liz but I did not like this “Liz” one bit! Looking at it, it looks deceptively easy like the rest of our WODS but this one definitely was no joke. I think i finished around where Sean did at 19:00. Had to stop the GHD’s and do floor sit ups because i thought my back was going to explode. Not sure why but that was definitely one of the harder ones i’ve done.
