6 days of burpees left- how about situps for summer for the next 100 days! (lunges and squats just dont seem applicable to this type of challenge)…..any takers..?

  • Wendy – count me in on a situp challenge. I think I might even have to suggest GHD format!

  • I will Join in on situps. I think it should be more than 100 days 😀 unless I am crazy?

Count me in on the situps, even if (gulp) you go for GHD….

OK, the gauntlet today was going great till the 2nd to last station! Then the gauntlet became a guillotine to me. 36:10

  • 27 something tonight. Feeling nervous about the sectional wod. Need one rep to stay in the game. 🙂

Not sure if I threw down the gauntlet or it threw me down, but I love this WOD either way. Great work by the 5:30 class on a beautiful day!

I forget my time-but it was fun! And of course the butterfly practice ensues…I made Lucas promise no more pull ups this week though, my hands are shredded 🙂

I’m in for the sit up challenge-not sure how long I can handle GHDs, but I’ll do them as long as I can!

Boo on this WOD. Still sick and dropped the bar on my foot because I was reckless. Hope I start feeling better soon. And dear Bridget, must be nice to think sit ups are easy!!! That’s the hardest for me!!! haha But I’m in for the challenge, maybe I can start GHD’s by the end of the 100 days. Good job 5:30 and 6:30 classes!!!

  • I’m feeling fatigue in every muscle already. Tomorrow should be fun. 31:10 for today’s “gauntlet.” Glad to be outside again – great crowd at 5:30 & 6:30!

Love/hate relationship with this wod…. Ah well, fun crowd and great effort by all!

  • Sit-ups x 2

My wife has a good point. Cranking out a 100 sit-ups isn’t in the same realm of hell as 50 burpees. Maybe it should be x 3.

  • to be clear, I don’t mean GHDs. I know GHDs are hard. Let’s treat it like double unders; GHDs count as 1 (go from 1 to 100). When you can’t do GHDs, then regular x3 (ex day 10 = 10 GHDs or 30 regular sit-ups).

I like the ghd idea! Count me in. I think this WOD may get a love/hate ( which I secretly more love than hate) 36 soemthing. Chris, I’m with you on the burpees…it felt more like 200 than 50! Great job to everyone!
