  • My apologies to the 6AM class for the modified handicap special workout they had to do this morning so i wouldn’t feel left out.

    Rx’d was 115# but I opted out and did the 45# bar only. But I did do dips to the rep scheme so i felt like i got some kind of workout in. Great class this AM!!

    AMRAP 15 min.:

    4 lateral box jumps 24″
    5 deadlifts 185#
    6 burpees

    13 rounds + 2 DL

    Those lateral box jumps are no joke!!!!

  • Great team tonight at 5:30 – had fun with this one! Jeff and I will look forward to a 6 AM class on Friday. As he would say – “gitty up!”

  • Really enjoyed teaming up with Karin & Rachel today at the 4:30 class…great job!! Whew!! That rowing about killed me!!! I kind of liked that the WOD was not posted today…a bit of mystery for us all!! Way to go everyone! ๐Ÿ™‚
