50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

  • Great Job Jodie and Stacey.

    After the workout I had to rush out to take my kids to school. I was so totally spent I don’t think I was in good condition to drive.

    What a WOD!!

    I felt like crying when I got home! Just saying! LOL

  • Did a 20 inch box on the box jumps, and single unders, but everything else was rx’d. I was keeping up well until I hit the wall balls, but it was ugly after that. I had been practicing my double unders all last week, but barely had the strength for single unders by the end. My arms and legs were still shaking after I got home and took a shower. 38:42

  • So i’ve been out forever with this stupid back injury thing. Finally getting over it i decided test it out and do this one with a buddy of mine (at our gym at work). I did everything rx’d except for the back extensions, which i substituted sit ups for, and the doggone double unders which i may never get right. All in all got done in 29:32….and little to no back problems thank you Lord!!! Barring any set backs i’ll be back next week for sure! Can’t wait!!!!!

  • Lucas always has one of my favorite WODS prepared for the day I get back. He started today telling me “the last time we did this it kicked your a$$” ….encouraging right?!?!
    Today was the first time I have done Filthy 50 and felt good about it!! I am not sure why, but today I was able to mentally un-eff myself and get through it. 28:45 RXd. Thanks Will for pushing me through those very ugly DUs at the end.

  • Had to do a modified FF due to back problems and achilles tendon issues:(
    Step-ups instead of BJ
    Pull-ups with red band instead of Jumping Pull-ups
    Push-ups instead of Burpees
    Rowing 500m instead of DUs

    Took 28:18, felt like I had no drive today due to injury diagnosis.

  • Did prescribed weight, jumped 3 plates instead of box, & bar extensions…survived it…wanted to quit after my fingers went numb but thanks to Susan pushing me through finished! Will post my time to make someone else feel better! 40:29…Guess I could have been at home in bed @ 5:30 instead… so I will take the finish!

    In Feb I did it in 37 something and I am certain I did not do DU that day. It was tuff but I feel good about my time. Sorry to hear about your injury Julie:(

    41:?? with box steps and single undrs… the rest is a blur but I am sure I had to modify something else in there somewhere… maybe???

    The doubleunders were easily my biggest downfall, but I am getting better at them (long way to go).

    Double unders were a huge improvement. A few times I had to stop because I couldn’t breathe anymore & not because I messed up. Now, I need to get rid of the 2 SU in between each DU to be faster!

    I actually really enjoyed this WOD in a sick-twisted-only you guys would ever understand-kind of way!

    There was a huge 6:30 class tonight so it was great to workout with a lot of peole I don’t usually get to see!

    My fearless foursome was Sean, Kim & Nikki and they were bad a$$ in this WOD-thanks for pushing me guys!

    I have been hear now 3 months. In ways I feel great about my progress yet I am still in awe of how far I need to go and how fast some of you complete a WOD like this.

    Crossfit has made me realize that even back 20 years ago when I thought I was in good shape, I know now that I knew nothing.

  • 34:something I think. Thanks to Kristin I did it rx’d! She made sure I did the DUs. Also a thanks to motivator one, Kristin and motivator two, Kim. 6:30pm class did great! Many good times, keep it up!
