    4 rounds for time:
    10 push press (65#)
    20 wall balls (14#)
    30 sit-ups 12:16

    First time Rx’d and I’m super-jazzed! Great job, 5:30! You worked hard, Jackie and it paid off!

  • Same workout as Kristin with 115# hang squat clean and unaided ring dips (all Rx’d). Time was 22:05 I think. I went in thinking I would hate ring dips the most and they turned out to be my break/easiest.1000 m row to start is tough on poor cardio people like me.
