Same workout as Kristin with 115# hang squat clean and unaided ring dips (all Rx’d). Time was 22:05 I think. I went in thinking I would hate ring dips the most and they turned out to be my break/easiest.1000 m row to start is tough on poor cardio people like me.
Same workout at Kristin and Mark. 55# and blue/purple bands for ring dips. Time roughly 26 and some change.
