Strength:  8 min EMOM starting at 65% of 1 Rep Max Back Squats
Complete 3 reps and increase weight every minute to find a 3 Rep Max

**Do not go to failure on any of the weights.  Last round should be at your max for the 3 reps and should be your max….meaning this should be difficult
