135 pound Clean and Jerk, 30 reps

Use 95 pounds, 65 pounds or broomstick as needed and post time and load to comments.

    Jeremy is my hero one of these days I will grow up and be just like him. But if I can’t be like Jeremy witch is going to be really hard my second pick is Jeff baker.

  • Worked out with the 5am class 4:16 on grace @ 135.

    Also did 1 mile run with the group and 400m with 50 sit ups in between. They are some motivated runners. Awesome job

    Also did 10 GHDs and did 8 strict pull ups in a row, trying to get to 15.

    2 sets of 15 hspu’s
    Great job at the 9 am class

    I almost forgot to tell u guys I’m in this awesome kickball league and our first game is tonight wish me luck.

  • Just for the record, Jeremy has been really sad since Tommy left but only has been crying because I’m kicking his ass everyday!

  • Continued with the OLY lifting program. Enjoy working with Doug. I wonder how Tommy’s kickball game is going? I hope the girls on the other team are not mean to him. Let’s all wish him well.
