WOD: Overhead Squat 1-1-1-1-1

20 burpees followed by
5 rounds of:
8 dumbbell snatches 45/25 (eight each hand)
8 Toes to Bar
19 burpees ( yes is someones birthday)

    very sore and stiff from the pp workout!
    OHS -75/95/105/110(f) called it a day…. sometimes you have to.

    -working on keeping movements “legal”-nothing worse than seeing things done sloppy-esp. when you know better.
