  • 14:23 Rx’d on this one. The second round of KB swings whipped my ass! I was through the DU’s in 6 minutes and it took me over 8 minutes to do the final 4 movements. Looking forward to doing this one again in the future. Great work by everyone tonight. This was a tough WOD to perform in the 100 + degrees.

    I went way to hard out of the gate.
    I’m proud of Emily sticking with double unders and weight she is not comfortable with she is bad ass and so is the 0900 class.
