  • 6:06. I was pleased to be able to do the workout w/my shoulder, but not too happy with my pull ups. A lot of work to do! Great work by everyone at 5:30 and 6:30.

  • Worst Fran time than last…not sure what is going on :(. Guess I better start practicing butterfly pull ups.

  • I think this was my first time dancing with Fran. 6:18 I didn’t think I could hold my breath that long.

  • Added 10lbs to the thrusters (85) and dropped a band for pull ups (purple) and added 30 seconds from last time (9:44). Pretty happy all around. Liked the GHD ball toss cool down!
