    I ran out of steam half way through the wall balls. But I was still a litle wore out from standing on my hands for what felt like a hour yesterday.lol Can’t wait to try this one again.

  • Made this one up on Thursday. 26 minutes and some change. Took several breaks during the wall balls. Lower back felt like I got stabbed. Need to do this one again soon. Jill came home and told me she kicked my ass.
