45 pound barbell Overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
21 Burpees

  • 6am class did Tuesday’s workout, though deadlifts instead of push presses.


    no idea what my time was on the mini, though did single unders and 20″ box. Arms are really hurting today from Murph.
