Fight Gone Bad!

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

    For as strong as I felt Monday, today was the opposite. Still managed 232, 11 better than last time I did this in April 2011.

  • thanks Kiki for filling in for Lucas today at 2:00 I didn’t want to miss this one. Rx’d an even 300. I still think my rower was delayed but i will take the 300 😉 . Great job Dave! (only his second day of crossfit and did fantastic). Just a great 2:00 class everyone great Job!

  • FGB: 269…. and laying on the ground in a puddle after. Great work by the 4:30, 5:30 & 6:30 groups! A big turnout for the day. 63 people completed the workout today. Awesome!

  • Wish I had been able to make this one! Though I suspect my score would have been less than the last time I did FGB. Looking forward to doing it in the fall!
