  • It was a great morning wod! I subbed rowing 500m each round for double unders, then 50-30-10 wall balls 16# and step ups.

  • Saturday was a good WOD. Met pukie the clown half way through it. Also came in on Sunday and practiced some of the movements for the regionals. Thanks for the push Armando.
