  • Fun with the 9 am crew today!! And then ignoring the millions of donuts in my office today for our open house. 🙁

  • If seeing 500m Row as part of the WOD makes your cringe – be sure and sign up for our Rowing Clinic on Saturday Dec 17 at noon at the gym. A college crew (rowing) coach will give you erging pointers and techniques, and critique your style! Sign up on the white board in the gym – only space for 15 athletes!

  • 10 CrossFitters and Coach Kike at a bonus 5 am session on a Tuesday……”Build it and they will come….”

    Did this after the weighted pull-up workout on Wednesday. I was deathly afraid of the DBSCs due to everyone talking about them and their sore legs (Stacy scared me). Luckily the fear adrenaline allowed me to power through the first set unbroken (well I never dropped the weight, but I did stand at intervals of 5). I managed the other 2 sets with only one break (I just wanted to finish them ASAP). Of note, my legs buckled getting into the car, luckily my fat ass was already mostly over the seat.
