  • Shoulder press- 80#….. how fun to work with Becky today in the 5am! We had a wide awake crew this morning and some good tunes! Great way to start my Tuesday!
    We turned some of the warmup into a mini Wod: 3:23

    Very excited to report that in the mini-wod today, I did all of the DU’s for the first time ever! This Crossfit stuff is awesome. No turning back now.

    I made up my mind to do them, and was shocked that I finished before the 9amer’s arrived!

    I accidentally repeated the 75 and probably could have got through the 80 and pushed on to the 85, but I think this is still good progress. I had more strength than I thought I did! Good workout and Laura Rush.. You are a beast. I don’t know what you were doing over there.. But it looked intense!
