  • Ended up doing today’s WOD at home. 105-115-125-135-145-155. Up’ed my weight by 25 pounds since the last time. ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Deadlift diaster for me today….amazing how all the components of your life affect your strength. You’d think, strength is strength, if you can move something one day, you should be able to move it any other day. so not true.

    I felt great with the mini Wod and timed out at 8:06

    7:30 on the mini WOD

    The clouds were a slight savior but it was still a scorcher. My hands are a little beat up, but overall feeling good. Form started slipping on the DL at 305. Hitting the foam roller before bed tonight. See ya at 6am!!

  • Im with you Wendy, I was a little off on the deadlifts today. Went in all excited, and ended up scratching my head. Just did this one month ago with Mark, and everything was higher. I will get it next time.

    Happy with the mini wod, 9:03. Still a great day, and glad it was not as bad of a scorcher as yesterday!

    Could have done 235 but was a bit worried about my back today. Maybe next time! 11:23 I believe on the mini WOD. The heat had me barely moving!! Great job 4:30 class!!
