    p.s. Mark-today’s WOD for you is actually sub standing broad-jump 100m with burpee broad-jump, 100m!!

  • Finished this one in 24:??. Not my best performance! But this one was brutal! Thanks Melissa for all the encouragement! I needed it!! Great job 4:30 and 5:30 class!!

  • Chrissy, you were awesome tonight, as well as the rest of the 4:30 class! This one was tough – but a lot of fun in the rain!! Thank God the sun wasn’t beating down on us, or I don’t think I would have made it ๐Ÿ™‚

  • I honestly don’t remember my time on this one. 16 minutes? Who knows. Started off doing burpee broad jumps. That lasted exactly 50 meters before I came to my senses. Great job by the 5:30 crew.

  • Rachel, glad you decided to join the party tonight. I agree, this looked fun around lunchtime. Then I arrived and realized how far 100m really was. If I show up in the am and see the words box jump I may cry. Great job everyone!

  • Jeff, I am thankful that you have some common sense. Just doing burpee broad jumps for the first 50 m of the jumps was awful. I finished in 19 something. I still like the idea of burpee broad jumps as they are agonizing (especially after lunges). I think 50 m BBJs added to non-quad killing moves (lunged, squats, etc) would be cool or 100 ft BBJs. Maybe 100 m BBJs in some monster chipper WOD, would be fun (painful fun). If we ever have a WOD with rounds of 100 m BBJs, Lucas better bring a gun or a rabid dog to motivate me through it.
