  • 25 + 6 situps (I started with situps, so I was just beginning round 26).

    I’m pretty sure that my triceps are going to freaking kill me tomorrow. 125 ring-dips the day after 45 HSPUs, they should be shot.

    Lucas, I normally beg for pain, but please don’t put any pressing moves in tomorrow’s “Throw Down the Gauntlet”. Other than that, please bring the pain. Maybe something that makes our quads cry like the mini-devil’s mile did (or worse).

  • I wasn’t sure how I would hold up during the sit ups but did ok. Finished 6 sit ups short of 20 rounds.

    It was fun to hang with the 4:30 crew fora change of pace.

    I learned from today’s WOD the following:
    -do not try to put on your wedding rings in the car while driving because your hands do not work and you will drop them & they are very hard to find.
    -300 sit ups either make the baby very happy or very sad, because either there was a lot of kicking me or dancing going on afterwards 🙂
    -when you know you have to clean up your hands, stop putting it offf because there’s bound to be a WOD with 100+ pull ups!

    Had a great time at 5:30 working with Bridget! We decided to do “unassisted ring dips”. I made it through 20 rounds plus the situps and pull-ups. Although I have to admit my ring dips at the end were more than a bit questionable. Great to see Frank, Linda, Mindy and Ashley for a change!!

  • Loved this WOD! Got 24 rounds with pull-ups and dips. Love the upper body stuff but my Abs are mad at me today…..
