Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

  • This is just 4 tabata workouts strung together. The beauty of tabata workouts is that they require Zero thought. Lucas will tell you what you are supposed to do (ie push-ups starting the 9th round of work), all you have to do is go balls-to-the-wall for 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds and repeat.

    I hated that I missed yesterda’s workout, but I like tabata in a sick way.

  • So bummed to miss this one tonight!!! I remember doing this last year and was still doing jumping pull up’s. I would love to see how me and the blue band get along for this…

  • 38 was my score today. Not great at the pull-ups and the push-ups went down hill fast.

    Sit ups on the ghd
    Much improved on my stamina for squats
    Pull ups were ok
    Pushups were toast

  • 33 for me on this one…the pull-ups started okay, but my hands…:( One day, they’ll keep up with me. Squats were the best though! fun to do some tabata. Great job 6:30!

  • Loved this wod today and really helped me get the kinks out of my back. 39 for me. Glad to have Wendy and Jeff on either side of me for those GHD sit-ups. Pull-ups were the worst for me and push-ups shredded my shoulders!

    Love the crew at 5:30 and can’t wait to see the pic 🙂

  • Everything is still so new to me, but I really liked this one! I scored a 27. My pull ups weren’t so good and my push-ups were equally as horrible. Someday I will be better! But, everyone was awesome and pushed so hard! Great job guys.

    Can’t wait to go through many more WODs together with my new CF family.

  • I gotta admit that I gamed the push-ups and pull-ups to a lesser extent. I didn’t max either on the first few rounds, but I still couldn’t maintain my throttled start. 46 total and incapable of doing more than 5 straight push-ups in the last 3 rounds.
