  • I’m going to dissappoint and say I didn’t see Wilimari at 9am however I did see Armando. LOL

    65/75/80/85/90 x 5 Kim and I didn’t max out today per coach Lucas but those OHS sure were heavy. And the “mini WOD” after was not so “mini”. My shoulders are toast!

    Then it was a big laugh fest with Karin as we tried to get through the HSPU while rolling on the floor! 7ish min. with 65# and 10# plate & 1 ab mat for hspu…however, I’m not claiming all of them were legit due to laugh fest!

    Good fun with the 5:30 class, as always! Great work everyone 🙂

  • 45-55-65-75-85 OHS, felt good! was nice to work out with the 630 crowd.

    Mini wod 3:41, 65# hpc and regular push-ups.

  • Looks like Armando hacked into my account! Unfortunately I didn’t do those heavy OHS, but Armando did, bad elbow and all 🙂

  • 70/75/80/85/90 OHS worked with the awesome Kristin as she already mentioned! Great job girl and everyone else in the 5:30 class!! Mini WOD 5:12, 65# hang cleans and modified hand stand pushups on the box. can’t wait until i’m not scared of doing a hand stand and can try normal hand stand pushups out!
