  • This one is hell. I remember it from a few months ago. I know that not a single soul finished this thing prescribed in my last class about 8 or so of us at 5:30. Manny stopped at round 3 and I had to drop to 1.5 POOD on the KB swings on the last 2 rounds (I finished up during 6:30 warm-ups).

    I look forward to trying this sucker again.

    Oh, I’m also thankful that it doesn’t involve triceps as mine are still sore from Friday.

    Well this WOD had a couple first for me…very frustrating. 1st WOD doing GHDs but only managed 3 rds before switching to the ab mat because of lower back pain. 1st WOD doing all back extensions using GHD. This was just killer especially after recovering from injury. Kim was on fire today! 44:something was my time but at least I finished before Lucas had to leave for lunch! You evening girls are going to to great tonight! ๐Ÿ™‚

  • I missed this one the first time around. Unfortunately do not have a good excuse to miss tonight. Am thinking it will either take me forever or I will have my first DNF. We’ll see how sick I feel after a few rounds!!

  • Happy to Rx this one! 35:13. My lower back was was so pissed when this one was over. The good news is I got to do 51 burpees when I got home. Great job by the 5:30 group. Mark, Jeremy and Doug also Rx’d this puppy.

  • Last night was also my first wod with GHD, and only managed 2 rounds (my glass back feels your pain Stacy!). The last time we did this it was all ab-mat and goodmornings. I did complete all rounds with the back extension this time though. 37 long minutes… Nice job by all at 6:30, way to RX it Evan!

  • OK, so I did this one yesterday (modified with 35# Kettlebell), and I’m not positive of my time, but I think it was around 29 minutes. At the time, I was worried I might have mis-counted my rounds (and maybe only did 4), and seeing some of the other posted times, I’m beginning to think that’s exactly what I did. (Delerium must have settled in from all that GHD work.)

    Regardless, it kicked my butt and I got a good workout. Sure wish I knew for sure though!
