  • Did not like Erin, though I’m happy to say I rx’d it. 22:20 and it was not fun. Thanks Jeff for coaching me through that last round of pull-ups – you really pulled me through 🙂

  • 3-3-3-3-3 deadlifts and 800m run down here in Texas. I think Kentucky makes me run slower. Down here i’m like a gazelle….ok maybe a baby gazelle but a gazelle no less!!!
