30 muscle ups for time. 9:21. was not feeling the DL. But was not feeling much of anything. One of the first times where I did not want to be at the gym. I got to get out of this slump. Back to the grind on Thursday.

215,235,255,275, and 285 x 3 My one rep max was 275!!! Lot of pr’s tonight.
225, 245, 275, 305, 325 – very happy with the progress being made. Also did a mini WOD, 10 burpees, 15 squats and 20 sit ups – 3 rounds, while Doug and Lucas stood around doing nothing. 🙂
So great to get back into CrossfitNKY and see both old and lots of new faces!! I totally missed it and look forward to getting crossfit back into my schedule.
