Barbara

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Post time for each of five rounds to comments.

  • Took the morning off work to wait for the cable guy and I was able to get in a not-so-quick wod. My first complete Barbara, 28:24. I’ll take it!

  • This WOD was way more difficult for me than I thought it would be. My now-jello-arms are going to help get me out of some painting today!! Made it under 30 min.
