    I’ve already forgotten the breakdown of my numbers but think I made it to 95# SP, 110#PP, and 120#PJx2, then failed at 3, did 3 more after a break.

  • Based on Adam’s input I pray to god we do anything but this wod. (crap, I rhymed)
    Matter of fact, I may not show just because I know CFNKY currently has no bleachers, so he’ll be blinding us right out in the open.
    NObody wants to see that…..screaming PR !! PR !!!…..I just got a PR!.

  • All PRs tonight for me – thanks to Megan (spelling?) for being great to work with ๐Ÿ™‚
    Got 2 independent pull-ups in a row tonight (woo hoo – I’m on my way, now)!

  • No big breakthroughs tonight, but with this week’s schedule I was pretty enthused to just make it in to the gym tonight.

    My SP has always been and probably always will be 70lbs
    PP was 95×3
    PJ was 105×3

    *We know the trick to get Sara to lift heavy, just add the weights wrong ๐Ÿ™‚
    *We will be expecting huge numbers for Adam in the morning!

  • It’s almost 2 PM in Tokyo. Can’t wait to get back home. I tried to work out as much as I could while I was on my trip, but based on all the great numbers I see posted, I feel I will be lagging behind all of you. Can’t wait to get back into the box on Friday.

  • My new work schedule is really cramping my CrossFit lifestyle, and it’s not cool. However it is good to see all the PRs on today’s wod, and Pull-ups (Toni) it is effn’ great (PG13)!!!
    I think we need to do a good hero wod on thursday…. any takers or suggestions? ๐Ÿ™‚

    I was a little dissapointed in the PP and PJ numbers but my shoulders were fried after the first three sets of PP. Loved me some of this workout though!!!
