    Started every round with only one ab mat and finished every round with two ab mats. Sadly that is improvement… I’ll take it! 🙂

    3 ab mats

    very annoyed with myself on this workout. Once I switched to the purple band I was knocking out pull-ups faster than you could throw up a Jersey Shore fist pump. Not what I had in mind. Agh. I need to practice a better bar grip to avoid murdering my hands consistently and maybe get a set of neosporin drenched gloves in the meantime.

  • 18:31 with a purple band (graduated from the red tonight). Got one pull up in prior to the WOD start and I was PUMPED about that 🙂 HSPUs were modified – on box. I still think those are hard! I’ll get to the REAL HSPUs in short time – I’m sure. Great job 4:30.

    B-day burpees were great – thanks for counting Kristin – and not laughing too hard when I stopped at 29… just to catch a breath.

  • WOW! There were some great advances with this workout! Toni quit the red band (and got an unassisted pull up as a bday gift), Jeremy quit using 2 people holding him up for HSPU & did them ALL on his OWN, Karen quit using 2 mats for the whole HSPU workout! Great work guys! I think I need to quit the blue band & move to the red…
