  • Tues 6am WOD was 400M run, 50 push-ups, 50 air squats, then 400M run, 40 pu – 40 sq, run 30 – 30, run 20 – 20, run 10 -10. I was happy to have completed this in first place! Doh! I was the only one that showed up…. Didn’t realize there is no 6am Tues group. Made the best of it anyhow.

  • This was a tough one, and I definitely shouldn’t have watched the 4:30 class before doing this WOD…why do I always do that to myself??? 🙂

    7 Hang Power Clean
    10 SDHP

    I only got 6 rounds & 5 Thrusters…at least it was Rx’d, I guess.

  • great job at 530! Kristen I do not know how or why you do it to yourself every WOD, great job on the Rxd. This was a good WOD, but those SDHP were really hard! I completed 10 rounds plus a few cleans.

  • Rx’d 8 rounds + Thrusters. I’ve never met you Lola but I just try to keep up with you in your workouts. 10 rounds?!! Are you kidding? that is fantastic!!!
