WOD:

Complete as many rounds in 12 minutes as you can of:
185 pound Front squat, 5 reps
10 Chest to bar Pull-ups
20 Double-unders

  • 2 days of jumpin’ rope………I’ve got to work on my DU’s…..

    AMRAP in 12 minutes:

    95# Front Squat
    10 pull ups
    80 Single unders

    Total: 5 rounds + FS + 3 pull ups

  • AMRAP in twelve minutes:

    95# front squat times 5
    10 pull ups
    20 DU’s

    Total: 6 rounds + FS + 3 pull ups

  • 4 rounds
    55# FS-should have probably used 65#, but wasn’t sure if I could clean it
    10 PU
    80 Single Unders

    The good news is I’ve gotten stronger & can stop using the green band for pull ups.

    The bad news is I’ve gotten stronger & have to start using the blue one (I think) 🙂

  • This just sucked! I focused on my DU and ended up with 3 rds 85# FS + PU + 16 DU. Not happy with the results…
