I made up yesterday’s wod today….Time: 19:52
apparently the jump rope portion was an added benefit for yesterday’s afternoon classes (lucky you)! but I still reaped the rewards of swimming in the sweat pool that came along with this wod in 90 degree heat!
230-240-250-260-285 (PR) then 300 (F) Oh well, almost got it!!!
WTG Wendy! Your time on that rocks. Especially compared to the 36 mins that it took me to do the 2 rounds that I was able to push out. Running and I are not friends (scratch that…cardio/burpees/running are not my friends). Well, I don’t really have many friends at Crossfit. Every time I go there’s some other chick or fallen hero there ready to kick my butt! 😉
I had to change up my days though b/c I’ve been waiting for back squats to come back around. That last time I did them was months ago and I did 120. I had more to give, but I was new so that’s where we ended things that day.
Today I did 100-105-115-125-130-140-150 Probably should have gone up by 10s the whole time instead of those two rounds of 5s. Think I had a bit more to give again. Next time….

I know I need to go lower in my back squat but it is a work in progress.
Since I haven’t done a single rep back squat workout yet, Emily and Lucas decided to have me do 3-3-3-3-3 reps to see where I am at.
75-95-115-125-130. Defintely could have went more. Excited for my next opportunity.
