From box jumps two days in a row and double unders today…my calfs are on fire! I had to break out the pizza dough roller this am to roll out my calfs 🙂
Everyone…confession for those that were at 6:30. I did the math with a clearer head, and I definitely had too much on the floor when I added it up. I got 576 as my total, not 676. I must have been high as a kite to do my math that screwy. Anyway, good job everyone! Don’t pay attention to the white board. It’s all lies. 😛
