10 Box Jumps
15 OHS
25 Push Ups

  • Front squats weights were 85-105-115-125-145-165 and for the WOD, I completed it in 7 something with 75 lbs. The worst part was the push-ups!

    75# on the OHS(trying to build strength and go for unbroken sets)
    Push ups were tough no matter what the hand placement…..

    Nice to get visits from xfitters from other “times” in at 9am today…and my friend Brian came in for baseline-gave good effort!

  • Front squats – 175#, 185#, 205#, 215#, 225#, tried to do another set w/235#, wasn’t happening. 8:26 on the mini WOD. Totally forgot about Armando’s b’day burpees.

  • Front squats 235 for all the set with 90 sec rest
    Cause I didn’t forget my burpees… I include them in todays wod…9 at the begining, 9 between rounds and 9 at the end…time 9:10.

    Btw, don’t worry guy…we are going to do it tomorrow!!!!
