the HSPU’s were bad after the 2nd round…..everything else ok
Forgot to write down my time today. Niki was right about the HSPU after 2nd round problem was I added a mat because I couldn’t get my shoulders to move! Nice to see some of the afternoon peeps join us at 9am 🙂
My HSPU’s seem like a distant memory. Passed on those after first round. The 9 am class was killing it.
