Great Weekend!!

A big thank you to Daniel Doss and Bruce Tosolt for introducing Krav Maga to CFNKY! You did an awesome job teaching the class!  Everyone really enjoyed it and can’t wait to see you back at CFNKY on September 22nd for more Krav Maga fun!

We would also like to thank all of you who came out and participated in the workouts this holiday weekend.  There were over 100 of you!!!  It is a great feeling to see all of you come out to honor a hero and participate in all of our weekend fun.

Thanks to all the visitors for coming out and working out with our Crossfit Family.  We look forward to seeing you back!!

  • Did this one at home. Dropped the front squats down to 75# (which I had a hard enough time with, can’t imagine 95). Time was 15:03. At least I finished!

  • OLY lifting w/Doug – the movements are getting better. Doug keeps pushing the weight up, which is a good thing. 🙂
