CrossFit Northern Kentucky Daily WOD:
Today’s workout will be dedicated to MarCus’ wife, Judy. Judy is undergoing heart surgery today and what better way to keep her on our minds than by doing “Annie”. Since Judy’s middle name is Anne we will dedicate this workout to her. Knowing that so many people will be suffering a workout for her will give both MarCus and Judy a lot of strength to make it through today.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to them today and we wish a speedy recovery for Judy.
