CROSSFIT KIDS STARTS TODAY! The next class starts at 6:00 pm! If your coming to the 5:30 pm class bring your kids! If your coming to the 6:30 pm class-get here a little early with your kids! No need to RSVP. Just drop in a few minutes before 6 pm to sign a waiver and let the little ones (ages 6-12) give it a try!!

Deadlifts!! 225, 275, 295, 315, 345 – I think I was around 9:30 on the WOD. So cool watching the Crossfit Kids.
Definitely mistook the 25 kg plates for 25 pounds and did my “warm up” dead lifts at 155. 😛
