Wasn’t feeling it today. Push press at 155# was causing shoulder pain, so I shut it down at that point. Just over 15 minutes on the mini WOD. Legs and arms still recovering from Murph.

I decided to do the dead lift even though I did the Murph workout. 135 x 5 155 x 5 185 x 5 215 x 5 235 x 5 285 x 1
My time was 21:03 i believe, had to do SU still working on that DU but I did the rest RXD first time I think 🙂
