135# warm up, then 165, 185 and 205. Done after that, not feeling the heavy stuff today. 7 rounds and 5 hanging power cleans for the mini wod. Great job by Sam and Chad. Good to see Paul back killing it.
95-105-115-125-135 x 2…Not feeling strong lately. Great to see Heather back and what a large group this morning. 5rd @ 85# for mini WOD
