Kettle Bell Swings 53/35

Hand Release Push Ups

While one member runs the other two team member do max reps.

Post total number of reps from push ups and kb swings.

  • Special 5 am this morning with Double C and Adam D. who would have thought I would do that WOD twice within 3 days …..but I have to say it was much more fun this morning ….Thanks again for Sharing the Pain to my CrossFit family. Our combined Score was 400 Something …Nice job Team !!!
