  • Jeff and I made up baseball tonight. He kicked my butt on the burpees!!! Why isn’t he in the burpee challenge?

  • Played a game of baseball with Karin, who kicked my butt. Also did the strength WOD w/Doug, Sam and Chad. Everybody killed it. Great job by Tommy on the front squat. New PR?
