  • Did Wednesdays WOD. I’m not quite sure what I finished in, but it wasn’t too bad. I’m going to say 10-something.. Correct me if I’m wrong… It could have been 11 :). Great WOD! Glad I did it!

  • Did the “Miagi” WOD. It was the most brutal workout. It took me 86 minutes to complete.

    For time:
    50 Deadlifts 135/95
    50 Double kettlebell swing 55/35. I scaled to 35 but went completely overhead.
    50 Push-ups
    50 Clean & Jerk 135/95
    50 Pull-ups
    50 Kettlebell “taters”
    50 Box jumps 24″
    50 wall climbs
    50 Knees to Elbows
    50 Double-unders
