  • Super psyched about my crossfit total deadlifts. I didn’t do so hot on the shoulder press or the back squats, but I managed to get a PR of 170 for the DL’s. Holla! ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Made up Wednesday’s WOD. I liked that workout. Managed the 400m row and all the squats in the 20min!

  • Jill!!! You did awesome today & we both really improved on our DL’s!!! Can’t believe we made 170…. Woo hoo!! Wasn’t thrilled with my back squat (140#) or my shoulder press (80#), but still happy about the DL!! Fun working out with you as always ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Made up part of CrossFit Total – Back squat=150#

    Also, made up Tuesday’s WOD. Finished in 14:52 with GHDs.
