    7:45…CTB turned into regular pull-ups. I really struggle with these!
    I will also open the gym tomorrow at 9am for anyone interested.

    Really wanted to do the CTB and thruster WOD tonigt, but shoulders are not having it.
    So…
    5 Rounds:
    5 pull ups
    10 ring dips (purple band)
    15 GHDs
    20 double-unders

    Felt like I made huge strides with my pull ups tonight. Did all 5 rounds without dropping from pull up bar. Up until this point I have been starting at 3 in a row, then as WOD moves along, breaking to 2 & 1. Felt awesome to the 5 without dropping and even better because I know I got more in me!!!
