  • Well Kristin, I did Murph today and doing the Warrior Dash Sat but will probably take off tomorrow. However I will let you slide since your with child. Unless this is a different Kristin ๐Ÿ™‚

  • I got to workout today! Hard to believe, I know….
    I did Tuesdays 21-15-9. 65# pp,sdhp….time 5 minutes

    Then I did Wednesday’s 4 rounds of: 400 m run, 12 kb swing (53#), 12 burpees, 12 ghd’s…..time: 21:10

    Way to go Joel, who is completing the elements class, we will see you in class soon ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Stacey you are much better at being badass than I am! After my question about not wanting to do Murph-I got stuck at work & didn’t get ANY WOD in.

    I have plans tomorrow night, so looks like the Warrior Dash should be a piece of cake after 2 rest days!!

    Great work everyone & look at all of the over achievers! Wendy & Doug with 2 a days, Stacey doing Murph right before WD, Megan taking Murph on first thing in the a.m…and Mark…Mark has straight arms behind his head ๐Ÿ™‚
